The villa is located on the slope of a mountain stream Skrzyczne at the resort, quiet Szczyrk aptly named "Dunacie".
The big advantage is its location, Villa is located near the center of Szczyrk, just 900m from the ski lift tration to Skrzyczne. Already out of the house via hiking trails to Skrzyczne - "FIS" and the blue route "lookout".
The house is three - storey reminiscent of a highlander. For our guests with 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms TV, DVD, fireplace, full kitchen, three bathrooms, a Finnish sauna and a garage. Almost every room has its own terrace or balcony.
6 lorry area around the house is completely fenced. It is located on the parking for 5 cars and a garden, and in the decades-old specimens of shrubs and trees: azaleas, rhododendrons, yews, junipers, fireplace and grill. Independent house offers guests complete independence and allows for seamless integration, for example through joint preparation of meals, bonfires, recreation, etc.

Rooms

All rooms are furnished for comfort of our guests. Warm colors and fancy wallpapers conducive to rest.

We offer our guests 5 bedrooms 2, 3 - personal. TOTALS is independent to10 beds including four double beds and 6 single.
There is the possibility of two beds dostawnych.

Each bedroom has a bed linen and towels for guests. Also, cabinets and shelves for clothes.

On the first floor there are two large bedrooms with balconies, a maximum of 3 persons and small through room with a large bedroom with two single beds.


On the upper floor there is one bedroom, up to 3 persons with its own exit to the terrace.

On the lower ground floor there is one bedroom, maksylanie 3 seater with its own access to the garden.

Lounges and Kitchen
For our guests we offer:

    Large living room on a higher floor with dining room and going into the kitchen. The living room has a flat screen television with digital TV and DVD player. Here, too, there is a fireplace, with which you can spend a romantic winter evenings. The living room opens onto a terrace directly connected to the garden.
    Small living room on the first floor with TV, which comes directly to two large bedrooms.
    Kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave and gas cooker, slicer, dishwasher, tableware, etc. There is also waiting to welcome guests with tea and coffee.

Offer

Villa for a New Year's Eve 2012/2013 has already been leased.

The minimum rental period is 2 nights (2 nights).

I rent a villa in price depending on sezomu and number of people:

Extra bed for children:

    children under 4 years - free of charge,
    children from 5 to 12 years - 30 PLN,
    Children from 13 to 16 years - 40,

Facilities-$ 20.

During the New Year's Eve 27.XII to January 3 - PLN 1000 per day for a stay up to 10 people, minimum stay during this period is six days.

IV. Description of the house and the land around
The house is three levels:
Lower ground floor:
• Room with direct access to the garden max. 3 bed (one bed bed, sofa bed for 2 people)
• Finnish sauna,
• Bathroom with shower,
• Garage,
• Ski room.

High ground:
• Double bedroom with direct access to the terrace garden max. 3 bed (one bed for 1 person, 1 sofa bed for 2 people)
• Main Lounge with fireplace, wireless internet and satellite TV and DVD player with access to the terrace garden and balcony,
• Kitchen connected directly to the main living room (fully equipped: dishwasher, slicer, fridge-freezer, tableware, etc.)
• Hallway with cloakroom and WC,
• The main entrance of the stylish porch (which can be used for example for roasting).

First floor:
• Small lounge area with TV and DVD with a balcony,
• large bedroom with balcony max. 3 persons (1 bed 1 pers., And sofa bed 2 pers.)
• Through room with a large bedroom with two beds, one passenger,
• large sleeping room with balcony max. 3 bed (1 bed 1 pers., Sofa bed 2 pers.)
• Bathroom with bath and shower and washing machine.

All have balconies and a terrace with views of the mountains and garden.

The area around the house - 6 acres - all fenced, adjacent to a mountain stream. It contains: decades of specimen shrubs and trees: azaleas, rhododendrons, yews, junipers, fireplace, barbecue and parking.
We guarantee the freedom, privacy, independence and comfort.
Complete independence allows for full integration of the group, for example through joint preparation of meals, bonfires, recreation, etc.
